Controlling as a function of enterprise management
Abstract. The paper considers controlling - a modern conception of enterprise management which coordinates and integrates processes of planning, regulation and control. The relevance and necessity of controlling introduction have been proved. The notion of management and its functions have been considered. In the paper the concept, purposes, tasks and functions of controlling have been characterized.
