Institutional medium – the basis of effective functioning of the corporative sector
Abstract. In the paper the comparative analysis of institutional conditions of large USA and Russian corporations' developing has been carried out, current trends of cooperation between a state (government) and corporations have been considered as well. In this research the term "corporation" means large join-stock companies and mainly holding companies and financial-industrial groups.
