The world experience of extractive facility regulation
Abstract. The paper has analyzed the experience of well-developed fishery countries concerning fishery fleet regulation. The conclusion has been made that national interests of Russia require urgent regulating of fishery activity, limitation of access to marine bioresources and strict regulation system of fishing ships' quantity.
