Temperature influence on activity of aquatic invertebrates' digestive proteinase
Abstract. The paper considers the specific chitinolythetic activity of the marine hydroinvertebrates' enzymes and use of these enzymes for perfection of technology of chitinous substance reception from crustaceous' armours. Research of chitinolythetic activity of crustaceous and other marine organisms fermental systems has great value for studying biochemistry and organism physiological condition. The knowledge of chitinases is of great importance for technology of updating of chitin and chitosan for production of derivatives, in particular, Рѕligosaccharides, showing high pharmaceutical and biological activity
