On problems of modern education and possible ways of their solution
Abstract. The paper analyzes the image of the Universe in the mythology of Central and Southern Africa. The conceptions of separate African nations on the structure of the Universe (earth, sky, hell) have been described. Some models of the Universe having a character of a world tree, an animal or a man (dendrocentrism, zoomorphism and anthropomorphism) have been considered.
