Language as a social phenomenon in works of W. Gumboldt and A.A. Potebnya
Abstract. The paper considers some urgent problems of modern education (improving of education, implantation of innovation educational technologies, connection of training and labour, social and psychological adaptation of graduates etc). The analysis of these problems has been determined by social demand of young people capable to make optimal decisions in permanently changing social and economic conditions. The dependence of social and economic problems' solutions on quality of educational services has been analyzed as well.
