Evolution of "legal world outlook" in social philosophy of New time
Abstract. The historical laws of occurrence in the philosophical idea of New time of "legal world outlook", as searches of the answer on inquiries of the social reality during the crisis of medieval scholasticism, decay of feudalism and formation of early-bourgeois society are shown in the paper. The concept of "legal world outlook", its role and importance in the history of social philosophy is considered. Historical way of development and philosophical understanding of categories and concepts of social philosophy from the point of view of "legal world outlook" (such as: "freedom", "equality", "justice", "state", "civil society", "natural right", "liberalism" and others) are observed, a certain tendency of legal world outlook "Renaissance" is shown.
