On religious ideals of Russia in the philosophy of Slavophilism
Abstract. The views of a prominent Slavophile Yu.F. Samarin concerning the problem of relation between people and authorities have been represented in this work. His ideas about "people's monarchy" and this form of government have been analysed in the paper. The problem of people and authorities is urgent nowadays because of the complexity of development of democratic state and civil society. Samarin's political and philosophical ideas have been considered to be important for understanding this problem.
