On the process approach to modelling of management and production
Abstract. The paper considers the problems of process management of organization, one of which is an alternative way of implementation of business processes – outsourcing. The author has analyzed four classes of tasks: selection of processes for disposal to outsourcing, selection of an outsourcing model, selection of a service provider, organization of transfer from the traditional model of working to the outsourcing model.
