Abstract. The process approach is one of methods increasing the efficiency of the organization activity. The basic problems appearing during the implementation of the process approach have been analyzed in the paper. The complex of measures has been offered, which allows to reduce the influence of the problems and to increase competitiveness of the enterprise at the market by means of process management.
