Abstract. The work deals with the integration problems of suppliers for oil-and-gas industry, it also presents conceptions of vertical and horizontal integration. The principles of integration in the process of the vertical strategy implementation have been shown on the example of the association of the oil-and-gas industry suppliers of "Murmanshelf".
