Organizational and methodical questions of risk estimation and insurance in an industrial enterprise
Abstract. The work considers the problem of active industrial policy of the region, which is able to improve economical situation and competitiveness of the territory in terms of integrating into the global market. One of the most important components of the active industrial policy is an investment strategy including institutional improvement, using of standard and some new schemes of financing (e.g. venture financing). The author has paid special attention to the effective modification of the venture financing schemes.
