Role of social processes in political transformation of modern Russia
Abstract. The tendencies of social relations (permanent decrease of living standard, reduction of the part of the society with mean income) have been considered as factors influencing on the prospects of the political process. These problems of the social character weaken social basis and electoral support of the reformational course, limit opportunities of the democratic consolidation in Russia, promote strengthening of the authoritarian tendencies in the Russian politics.
