Abstract. The author has considered hermeneutical conceptions of M.M. Bakhtin and M. Heidegger. The author has picked out the general and the difference in interpretation of concepts such as: "communicativeness", "dialogue". The attitude of these thinkers to "romanticism" has been determined and some points of intersection of their views have been analyzed.
