The problem of the person in the philosophical heritage of F.I. Tyutchev
Abstract. The phenomenon of totalitarianism among the XX century problems is considered to require intensive scientific research. The author has analyzed philosophical problems and contradictions causing destabilization and degradation of the Soviet totalitarian system and later – its collapse.
