Indexes of efficiency of safety formal evaluation methods in structures of ship operation
Abstract. Some likely problems of hydrocarbon reserves' development on continental platform of the Arctic seas of the Russian Federation accounting their geographical and natural peculiarities have been analyzed in the paper. In particular, protection of safety navigation during loading and transport operations while transiting oil by tanker fleet has been considered.
