Changing of technical condition of the vessel hull in process of exploitation
Abstract. One of methods of cargo safe transfer in the high sea has been offered as a non-contact way. It has been described how it is possible practically to transfer cargo in a case when it is not obviously feasible to transfer in its traditional way – by having made mooring of ships.
