Abstract. The questions of the raw resource export and their negative influence on the condition of the labour market and national economy have been considered in the paper. The analysis of the policy of currency receipts momentary benefit has been given. The recommendations for change of the regulation mechanisms of market relations and formation of the economic growth preconditions have been given.
