Systematic approach of economic parameters forecasting
Abstract. The paper has been devoted to the problem of the enterprise inspection before introducing of an information control system (ICS). This inspection may be named preliminary. The purposes, tasks and stages of preliminary inspection have been considered. One of the major tasks of the preliminary inspection is to state necessity of ICS introducing at the enterprise. For this purpose it is offered to consider and to compare management models from the points of view of the enterprise managers (the model "as it would be necessary to operate") and models of the existing control system (the model "as it is").
