Computer-based assessment of ore recovery indices for non-uniformly mineralized deposits
Abstract. The results of modeling of rock mass stress state in the vicinity of a large open pit using finite-element method have been represented. The model allows to take into account the influence of large-scale geological fractures. The initialization of boundary conditions has been based on the results of determination of stress parameters in situ. The locations of risk areas near the slope have been defined.
