Perspectives of development of port special economic zones
Abstract. The paper considers the development of Arctic and realization of strategy of marine activity of Russia. To achieve these strategic aims it is necessary to determine the degree of power and the level of domination at sea, to define national interests in the World Ocean, to estimate the scale of diversification of marine economy in functional and regional directions of national marine activity.
