Transaction costs of fishing industry enterprises
Abstract. The paper has analyzed the statement that the developed coastal infrastructure, in particular ship repair is necessary for maintenance of steady work of fleet at development of stocks of Arctic regions. The today's condition of the ship-repair enterprises will not provide requirement of fleet without innovative transformations.
