Overcoming of fishery enterprises crisis basing mechanisms
Abstract. In the paper the category of transaction costs has been considered. The qualitative analysis of the fishing industry enterprises' transaction costs has been carried out. The basic conclusion concerning necessity of integration processes in the branch for the purpose of the considered costs' decrease has been made.
