Basic conceptions and methods of organizational and economic modifications in oil and gas industry

Abstract. In the paper problems of probable removing the Murmansk region from a price area to a non-price area have been considered. Special attention has been paid to analysis of peculiarities of energy system's operation in the Murmansk region and the capacity as a part of "electricity" product. The conclusion about consequences of the region undesirable removing to the non-price area has been made.
