Necessity of state regulation of enterprises' restructuring processes
Abstract. The realisation of investment projects of reconstruction and technical modernisation of production will determine strengthening of economic safety and defensive capacity of the country. In the paper some main trends of investment projects and peculiarities of their realisation in metallurgy have been considered.
