Spitsbergen or Svaalbard? Problems of Russian presence on the archipelago during the XX – early XXI centuries
Abstract. The paper contains brief analysis of main methodological problems concerning human consciousness, systems of natural and artificial intelligence, some methods of processing and representing knowledge. The basic aim of the work is to point out precise forms of theoretical and cognitive problems of perception and coding of knowledge, that is to help understanding of problem of artificial intelligence.
