Some questions of management of property at enterprises with individual and small serial production in the Murmansk region in the 90s
Abstract. In the work the questions of the basic assets management of the industrial enterprises of the Murmansk region have been touched. The problem appeared after the privatization in 1991. The reasons of the inefficient property management when the major part of the basic assets is not used in the production process today have been considered in the paper. The opportunities on increasing the basic assets management efficiency provided by legislation have been analysed.
