Prerequisites for substantiation of the concept "right" in the critical philosophy of I. Kant
Abstract. The paper considers peculiarities of the perception of O. Conte, G. Spencer and some other by Russian philosophers of the second half of the XIX – early XX centuries. The analyses of philosophical views of P. Lavrov, S. Trubetskoy, K. Kavelin on the problem of perception has been worked out; the influence of Kant on philosophical principles of the above-named philosophers has been studied.
