The idea of person and a jural state in the legal philosophy of P.I. Novgorodtsev
Abstract. The paper analyses philosophical views of Russian thinkers N.F. Fyodorov, V.S. Solov'yov, P.A. Florensky, S.N. Bulgakov, N.A. Berdyaev, L.P. Karsavin and some others. The role of philosophical, religious and literary trends in the philosophy of Russian cosmism of late XIX – early XX centuries has been analyzed.
