Perfection of principles of resource management
Abstract. In the paper the method of distribution of the total admissible catch (TAC) of the various biological marine resources between the subjects of Russian Federation as well as between the fleets has been considered. This distribution method takes into account the catch of the unlimited marine products, the delivery of the fish products on the Russian market and degrees of the tax payment.
