Identification and assessment of navigational danger in multistep observations
Abstract. The features of the satellite TV broadcasting on the high-latitude satellite-serviced area is under consideration in the paper. There are a lot of factors influencing upon the signal power parameters. They are such as a signal dispersion along the very lengthy radioline, very small elevation angles, an absorption in the atmosphere oxygen and aqueous vapor, the hydrometeor attenuation (rain, snow, sleet and etc.) and other important factors. But because of the limited paper volume only several factors have been considered properly.
