Time of youth (on the 60th anniversary of MSTU)
Abstract. The polar ionosphere as a medium for propagation of informational and navigational signals is heterogeneous, non-stationary and non-equilibrium. Aurora is one of indicators of the ionosphere disturbances. The aim of the work is to create equipment complex for investigating relations between spatial and time dynamics of aurora and accuracy of GPS positioning in order to secure safe navigation in the Arctic.
