Personnel training for marine activity in the Arctic development
Abstract. The paper considers issues related to personnel employment providing marine activity in the Arctic. Priorities of state policy have been pointed out, the role of maritime activities in the strategy of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation has been defined. Some problems of marine specialists training have been grounded. Perspectives of maritime education development have been shown. Some measures of improving the system of maritime education have been proposed.
