Optimization of the sterilization process of canned food in water in the AVK-30M autoclave
Abstract. Sterilization formula of canned food made of hydrobionts and coefficients of the temperature regulators in the sterilizer AVK-30M has been optimized using modeling of the sterilization process. Optimized sterilization process decreases electric power consumption by 20 % and process length by 9 %.
