On workers' participation in organization management as one of the forms of social partnership
Abstract. The paper considers the important problem of real Labour Law - the problem of workers' participation in organization management. The author has analyzed the existence of the variant of the workers' participation (it does not have any legislation defense) - profit sharing. The paper contains the arguments supporting the author's position and suggestions for development of Russian legislation about social partnership.
